Former Manchester United winger Jesse Lingard remains one of the most sought-after free agents for Premier League and MLS clubs.

In England, West Ham coach David Moyes is interested in the Englishman's services. According to the Daily Mail, Everton, Tottenham and Newcastle, who tried to sign the player back in January, are also interested in the forward.
On the other hand, Lingard has several offers from North America. One of which goes back to D.C. United, which was recently managed by Wayne Rooney. The former England international will start a new sports project in Washington and would like to make Jesse the star of the team.
