This version of the BMD is equipped with a 100mm high-explosive fragmentation cannon, a 30mm automatic cannon, and a 7.62mm machine gun. In addition, the BMD-4M has 4 ATGMs (anti-tank guided missile) Arkan.
After bringing the radio communication system of the captured BMD in line with the parameters of the Ukrainian army and repainting, the vehicle will join the Armed Forces of Ukraine and will help Ukrainian soldiers in the fight against the invaders.
