The main defender of "Fenerbahce" is close to the transfer to "Napoli"

Napoli are close to signing Fenerbahce defender Kim Min-jae.

As Italian journalist Gianluca di Marzio reports, the "Partenopei" have agreed on a personal contract with the 25-year-old football player. After that, they will be able to fulfill the terms of acquiring the player before the Turkish club.

Napoli boss Luciano Spalletti is in need of reinforcements in the center of defence, following the sale of team leader Kalidou Koulibaly to Chelsea for €40 million.

Kim had a great year in Turkey last year and many are expecting similar success from him in his debut season in Serie A. Rennes were also interested in the Korean, but they lost out to Napoli in the race for the player.
