This coming Wednesday, July 27, Dynamo Kyiv will play the second leg of the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League with local Fenerbahce in Istanbul. Recall that the first meeting of the rivals, which was nominally home for the people of Kiev, but because of the war was held in Polish Lodz, ended with a score of 0:0.
In its history, Dynamo has previously started European Cup play-offs seven times with a goalless draw at home. And only in one of these cases, the "white-blue" managed, as a result, to go to the next round - within the 1/16 finals of the 2004/05 UEFA Cup, when, after a 0:0 match with the Spanish "Villarreal" in Kyiv, "Dynamo" managed achieve an away victory with a score of 2:0.
