Barcelona have won the race at Chelsea for Kunde

Sevilla defender Jules Kunde will join Barcelona in the near future, according to Marca.

The management of the Catalans agreed with the Andalusians on the transfer of the player for 50 million euros plus additional bonuses of up to 10 million. The former club of the 23-year-old football player "Bordeaux" will receive about 8 million euros from the transfer. Kunde's contract with the Blaugrana is expected to run until 2026.

Chelsea wanted to buy the Frenchman last summer, but the player preferred Barcelona. Xavi personally pushed for Kunde's transfer to strengthen the team's central defence.
