Recall that, according to the latest information, now Dynamo does not have a single offer for Tsygankov. At the moment, only one unnamed Premier League club, which is not among the giants of the English League, is interested in the 24-year-old football player, however, he does not take specific steps regarding the acquisition of the Dynamo player.
Previously, the Spanish Sevilla tried to get Tsygankov, but this club was ready to pay only 12.5 million euros for the transfer of a talented midfielder, which categorically did not suit Dynamo.
We add that, according to Transfermarkt, the current transfer value of Tsygankov is 25 million euros.
