And the rumors were illogical and far from reality.
In the new season, the competition will be serious. There are many outstanding legionnaires in the UAE league who are at a good level. I also think that the UAE championship is very exciting. It's a pleasure to work here, and winning two titles in my first season with Al Ain motivates me to keep working.
The secret to success with Al Ain? It lies in the mechanism of communication with everyone in the team. I like to communicate, talk with the players and explain to them everything that is necessary to build the game.
I like to work and I am not afraid to try new things and always try to move forward. Of course, we lost several matches last season, but I think that in the end, the positive moments in the results and the game of Al Ain outweighed the negative ones.
I am sure that the next season will be more powerful. I see many teams changing coaches and players. We are now champions and have good experience.
