The head coach of the Ukrainian national team Oleksandr Petrakov shared his future plans.
- I watched the match between Zorya and Universittya, after which I came up and congratulated the head coach of Luhansk Patrick van Leeuwen on the victory. I have known him for a very long time - from the Shakhtar academy. We exchanged a few words and exchanged views.
The very next day, I left Lublin for Lodz early in the morning, where I watched Dynamo Kyiv practice and met with Mircea Lucescu.
Then I fly from Warsaw to Rome, where on August 7 I will watch the friendly game between Roma and Shakhtar. On Monday, I will arrive at the miners' gathering place - in Brdo, which is well known to me, which is not far from the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana, where the national team held their gathering in May.
There I will watch the training process of the Donetsk team, and on August 9 I will move 180 km from there to Austrian Graz to watch the return match of the third round of the Champions League qualification Sturm — Dynamo.
And the next day - back: I expect to watch the test games of Shakhtar and SC Dnepr-1 - again in Slovenia. But that's not all. On August 11, in the morning, I fly to London to visit the Brentford club.
- Ah, your old friend, Danish coach Thomas Frank, also works there.
— Yes, we have crossed paths more than once at the level of youth teams. This is my good friend, I called him on the phone and I want to talk to him about our Ukrainian player Yegor Yarmolyuk, who moved to this London club in the summer.
I will be present at the English Premier League match between Brentford and Manchester United. And after that I fly from London to Warsaw, get on a regular bus and return to Kyiv.
