"In the House of Football, together with UPL executive director Yevhen Dyky and UAF first vice-presidents Oleksiy Mykhailichenko, Anatoly Demyanenko, Oleg Protasov, Alan Pliev and Vadim Kostyuchenko, they discussed preparations for the start of the championship with representatives of UPL clubs. The first match of the tournament is about two weeks away, and there are still a lot of questions to be resolved.

In particular, the security protocol for the competition is currently in the final stage of approval with the military, law enforcement officers and regional OVAs. Safety is the #1 priority! After all, we are talking not only about UPL matches, but also about matches of the PFL championship, women's club teams and U-19. At the same time, there is a discussion on the creation of a single telepool of UPL match broadcasts. The existing offer, if approved by all League clubs, will provide millions of our fans in Ukraine and other European countries, where many of our fellow citizens left with the beginning of full-scale Russian aggression, with high-quality broadcast of the games of their favorite teams.

At the same time, we are looking for opportunities to support clubs in this difficult time. In particular, for the financing of arbitration. An important key to the successful start of the first championship in the history of football in the conditions of a full-scale war and overcoming all obstacles on the way is the unity and mutual support of the participating clubs. After all, everyone has a common goal - the victory of Ukraine and the revival of Ukrainian football! Thank you to all representatives and heads of clubs for constructive dialogue and cooperation! Glory to the heroes! Glory to the Armed Forces! Glory to Ukraine!" Pavelko wrote on Facebook.
