Torino failed to sign Tsygankov. He was the club's top transfer target

Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Viktor Tsygankov could end up in Italian Torino, journalist Andrew Todos tweeted.

According to the source, the 24-year-old football player was Torino's main transfer target in the summer off-season, and the club approached Tsygankov's representatives with an official offer, but was refused.

Recall, earlier it was reported that the Dynamo winger was also not satisfied with the offers of the Italian Atalanta and the Spanish Villarreal.

The Spanish Sevilla also tried to get Tsygankov into their ranks, but in this case the offer did not suit Dynamo. The footballer himself is determined to change the club - his contract with the Kiev team expires next summer.
