Everton head coach Frank Lampard has updated information about the team's infirmary ahead of the match of the 3rd round of the English championship against Nottingham Forest.

Brazilian midfielder Allan, who has not yet played this season, is included in the application for Saturday's match. "Allan is back and will be in the team.
