As Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano reports on Twitter, representatives of the "blues" agreed with the 33-year-old football player on the terms of a personal contract.

The Catalans want 30 million euros for the Gabonese, but the Londoners are willing to pay only half of that amount. At the club level, negotiations are ongoing.
