One of the leaders of the Belarusian club Isloch, Cameroonian Ivan Dibango, left the club. He has been an important player for the team, which is currently in third place in the Championship of the attacking nation, scoring 2+6 at left-back in the 2022 season.

Ivan Dibango

Dibango's transfer to Yuriy Vernydub's team is almost complete. Yes, "Kryvbas" has not yet announced the transfer, but the Cameroonian himself is already openly talking about it:

"I don't need to go to Estonia. I signed a contract with Levadia, but they leased me to Kryvbas, so I'm going to Ukraine right away."

The lack of an official announcement is also easily explained by the citizens of Kryvyi Rih: "I can't say exactly when [the transition] will happen - while I'm staying in Minsk and issuing a visa."

Dibango was even able to express his confidence that he is not afraid of hostilities during the UPL: "I talked to some people, including our former captain Yura Kozyrenko. He said that in those regions where the championship matches will be played, it is calm now, there is no war. So I'm not afraid. Although I don't even know in which city I will live."

The Transfermarkt site is so convinced of these words that it has already signed both Levadia and Kryvbas on loan.

Why didn't Kryvbas sign Dibango directly? A Belarusian journalist told about the scheme - on February 24, on the first day of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the National Bank of Ukraine issued Resolution No. 21, banning all currency transactions with individuals and legal entities from Russia and Belarus. "Isloch", accordingly, is no exception.

The owner of "Levadia" is the Ukrainian-Estonian businessman Viktor Levada. It is not difficult to guess that the club is named in his honor - and it has been counting down its history since Levada was purchased by the lower league club "Olympus".

After that, "Levadia" developed rapidly: it rose to the elite, immediately won the championship, became a regular participant in the European Cup qualifiers. Now the team is a 10-time and current champion of Estonia.

Four years ago, he even voiced plans for potential cooperation with Ukrainian clubs - at that time he was counting on "Alexandria", where he himself is from. He expressed his commitment to Ukraine, in particular, by signing Yuriy Tkachuk and Roman Debelko at the time.
