Today, August 23, on the Day of the State Flag of Ukraine, the championship of Ukraine of the 2022/23 season among Premier League clubs starts.
Due to the occupation war unleashed by the Russian Federation against Ukraine six months ago, it was not possible to start the tournament at the usual time, but, under the circumstances, the most important thing is the very fact of holding the national championship.
No one, and even more so a bunker gopnik from a lapten-footed under-empire, will bring Ukraine to its knees. Ukraine has been, is and will remain independent. And she had, is and will have the national championship of Ukraine.
So, the championship of Ukraine-2022/23 starts today. On this day, four matches of the 1st round will be played. Shakhtar Donetsk and Metalist 1925 Kharkiv will play in the symbolic opening match. The fight will take place in Kyiv at the NSC Olimpiyskiy, starting at 13:00.
In addition, today will play: Zorya - Vorskla (Uzhgorod, 15:00), Chornomorets - Veres (Kyiv, Bannikov Stadium, 15:00), Kolos - Kryvbas (Kovalivka 17: 00).
Tomorrow there will be another match of the 1st round: Rukh vs. Metalist (Lviv, 15:00).
Three more matches of the tour have been rescheduled. These are meetings of Ingulets - Dynamo, Dnipro-1 - Oleksandria, Minai - Lviv.
Recall that this year the first round of the Ukrainian Championship-2022/23 (15 rounds) will be held, which will end on November 26. The second round of the championship will be a mirror repetition of the first round, in which the home team and guests will change roles. The base day of the 16th round (the first round of the second round) is March 4 of the next year.
