Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Viktor Tsygankov is interested in the Dutch PSV, reports Vi.nl.

The source notes that the purchase of Tsygankov is still in question. Viktor has another year of contract with Dynamo, and compensation to the people of Kiev may be unbearable for the club from Eindhoven.
