Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Viktor Tsygankov could move to Spanish Girona in the summer.
According to journalist Igor Burbas, Tsygankov was interested in this transition, he was promised that in a year he would be able to move to Manchester City, since both clubs are part of the Emirati sports holding City Football Group.
It is also known that Pere Guardiola, the brother of City head coach Pep Guardiola, was involved in the transfer of Tsygankov. Pere told Victor that Pep really liked his game.
During the last extension of the contract with Dynamo, Tsygankov told the club's management that this was the last extension of the agreement.
