Within the framework of the 4th round of the championship among youth teams, Dynamo Kyiv hosted Lviv on the field of the club base in Vita-Litovska. The match ended in a draw - 1:1. At the beginning of the first half, Dynamo responded to the guests' goal from a penalty kick after the break with an accurate shot by Artem Slesar.

The teams approached the head-to-head match with diametrically opposed results at the start of the season. Dynamo had three wins, Lviv had two defeats (the Municipals missed the first round). It is not surprising that, as hosts and obvious favorites, the White-Blues seized the initiative from the very first minutes.
But the opponent managed to open an account. In the 14th minute, Malysh broke the rules in his own penalty area and the referee awarded a penalty, which was successfully converted by Kvas, throwing the ball and Avramenko in different corners - 0:1.
The "white-blues" were not going to get upset, since almost the entire match was ahead to correct the situation, and continued to put pressure on the gates of Lviv. Salenko had a good moment, powerfully punching from the penalty area, but the goalkeeper turned to a corner, subsequently Yanchishin and Gorbach missed the goal frame, and in another episode, the goalkeeper coped with Matkevich's insidious kick into the corner.
As a result, the teams went to the break with a minimal advantage of the Lviv team, who, except for the penalty scored, did not create anything in the first half.
With the resumption of the game, Dynamo, having received instructions from the coaching staff, continued to seek their fortune at the opponent's goal with renewed vigor. And in the 58th minute they equalized. The "White-Blues" quickly played a free-kick in the center of the field, Kremchanin performed a cross from the left flank, and Slesar headed it right under the crossbar - 1:1.
It seemed that the psychological advantage should have been on the side of Dynamo, but the wards of Igor Kostyuk did not create special moments until the end of the meeting, which took place in heavy rain, to snatch the victory. At the same time, the guests could well have scored one more time, this time from the field, but the author of the goal Kvas miraculously missed the ball, being a few meters from the goal and closing the pass of a partner.
As a result, the match ended in a draw - 1:1. Dynamo continues to be among the leaders in the standings, but is inferior to Rukh and Shakhtar in terms of additional indicators.
