Inter defender Milan Skriniar will become the club's highest-paid player after signing a new contract with the Nerazzurri, according to SportMediaset.

Talks were put on hold in the summer when Skrynjar became a top transfer target for Ligue 1 giants PSG. As a result, Milan rejected an offer from France in the amount of 70-80 million euros.
Inter are confident they can agree a deal with the defender in the coming weeks, making him the club's highest-paid player. According to the report, the Nerazzurri are offering Skriniar a contract worth 7 million euros per year.
