Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Roman Teryushkov spoke on the topic of attempts to organize a friendly match between Russia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in St. Petersburg.
Recall that the football federations of both countries announced such a meeting in November, but immediately after that, the leading players of the Bosnian team, including its captain Edin Dzeko, refused to participate in this match.
“For me, it was generally a strange decision to negotiate with Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have Serbia, which observes a certain neutrality.
We understand that all football federations that are part of the UEFA structure are engaged in Russophobia. In the place of our officials, I would turn my gaze to the East. Going to Europe, negotiating, paying money for a friendly match is not entirely correct in this situation,” said Teryushkov "SE".
