A strange situation is developing around the person of the Ukrainian defender of the Belgian Brugge Eduard Sobol.

The 27-year-old footballer, according to the UAF’s Saturday report, suffered damage to the adductor muscle during one of the training sessions at his club, and for this reason he will not help the Ukrainian national team in the September matches of the League of Nations.

At the same time, just a day after the appearance of such information - last Sunday - Sobol calmly took part in the Brugge calendar match. The defender got into the application of his club for yesterday's away match of the Belgian Championship at Standard, and in the 71st minute he entered the field, replacing Bjorn Meyer.
