UEFA made an official announcement on the draw for the Euro 2024 qualifying tournament, the final part of which will be held in Germany.

• Germany, the association's host team for Euro 2024, automatically advances to the final tournament and therefore does not participate in the qualifying draw.
• All Russian teams are currently disqualified in accordance with the decision of the UEFA Executive Committee dated February 28, 2022, which was further confirmed by the Court of Arbitration for Sport on July 15, 2022. Thus, Russia does not participate in the qualifying draw for the European Football Championship 2022-2024.
• The remaining 53 national associations participate in a qualifying draw that places participants into ten groups - seven groups of five teams and three groups of six teams.
• The ten group winners and the ten runners-up advance to the final tournament. The remaining three places will be determined in the playoffs, which will take place in March 2024.
• The 53 participating teams have been seeded according to the 2022/2023 UEFA Nations League overall rankings and divided into seven pots.
Recall that the qualifying draw will take place on October 9 in Frankfurt am Main.
