Argentina striker Paulo Dybala spoke about his relationship with Roma head coach Jose Mourinho.
"In Rome with Juventus, we won 4:3, and the coach replaced me. Mourinho came up to me and said: "You are phenomenal". This episode stuck in my head, but I didn't know then what would happen with the extension of the contract with Juventus.
When Jose called me the first time, he asked me about that moment. I said, “Of course, how could I forget. It was an honor for me." He responded, "Well, now you have to do it for me." He also called me the next day and it was an easy decision.
It is easy to work with him. We can talk about anything, he knows all the players from the elite to the third division. What surprised me about Mourinho is his modesty, he treats everyone the same. I'm very happy at Roma, when you're happy it's easier," ESPN Argentina quoted Dybala as saying.
In six Serie A matches this season, Paulo scored three goals and two assists for the Romans.
