England relegated from Division A of the Nations League

The performance of the England team in the current Nations League turned out to be a failure. Last Friday, in the 5th round of the tournament, the British lost to the Italian national team (0:1) and remained in last place in the standings of the 3rd group of the "A" division.

At the same time, the England team lost theoretical chances to leave the last line already a round before the end of the tournament: the team scored only two points, Germany, which occupies the third place, has six points in its asset and, accordingly, is inaccessible to the British.

Thus, according to the results of the current Nations League, the England team will leave the "A" division of the League of Nations and will play in the "B" division in the next season of the tournament.
