As previously reported, the Estonian "Levadia" stopped cooperation with the Ukrainian mentor of their first team Maxim Kalinichenko. Moreover, this parting happened just 10 days after the appointment of a 43-year-old specialist to the position of head coach.
The host of "TaToTake" Mikhail Spivakovsky told what is the reason for such swiftness in decision-making.
According to the source, the result of Levadia's separation from Kalinichenko was the actions of the president of this club after the first match of the team led by the Ukrainian coach. The debut of the Ukrainian came in the next match of the Estonian championship - against "Kuressare", and "Levadia" lost in this meeting with a score of 2:3.
“After the match with Kuressare, the president of Levadia fined all the players of the first team for a monthly salary. Then the club boss had a conversation with Kalinichenko, as a result of which the Ukrainian specialist realized that nothing would change in this club, and decided that he did not need image losses. Therefore, Kalinichenko left the Estonian club, ”Spivakovsky said.
