I counted 8 arguments in favor (not including the fact that he is my doppelgänger).

3) He knows the best Ukrainian players very well - during his leadership of the "Dynamo" and "Olympic" Academy, those who are now "in" or "near" the national team began their careers.
4) A budget specialist who has never bargained for money in any club.
5) The very fact that ZbU finally called a qualified foreign coach will work on the image of UAF.
6) Vicente is able to gather around him powerful coaching, analytical methodological resources of the country both for the first national team and for the rest of the national teams. This will help to build a complete training system for the institute of national teams and to develop coaches - in particular, the same Rotan, whose ideas are close to those of Vicente.
7) Vicente is the cornerstone of Serhiy Rebrov's entire coaching system. He was his senior analyst and chief assistant at Dynamo and continues to do so at Al Ain. In many ways, for the sake of Vicente, Rebrov excluded Raul Riancho from his staff.
8) In terms of the degree of his influence on the process and development of players, Vicente can be compared with Muldera for Shevchenko. With the difference that Vicente, unlike Maldera, has experience working as a head coach both in Ukraine and abroad. And he has an incomparably better set of soft skills for working in a team.
