The venue for the match of the 6th round of the Ukrainian Championship between Dynamo Kyiv and Rukh Lviv, which will take place next Sunday, October 9, has been approved.
Stadium "Arena Lviv" will host the match "Dynamo" - "Rukh"Despite the home status of this meeting for Dynamo, the teams will play in Lviv at the Arena Lviv stadium.
This choice of venue for the match is due to the logistical difficulties that exist during the war: on Thursday, Dynamo will play the Europa League match with the local Rennes in France, and now the team has the opportunity to move around Ukraine only by land transport. Accordingly, Lviv was chosen as the venue for the match "Dynamo" - "Rukh" as a city located near the western border of Ukraine in order to shorten the length of the land route of Mircea Lucescu's team (the distance from Lviv to Kyiv is more than 500 km.).
