Today, October 27, the youth national team of Ukraine U-17 (football players not older than 2006) held the second match of the Euro-2023 qualification, in which they met with the team of Liechtenstein.

In the match of the first round, the "blue-yellow" successfully beat Azerbaijan (5:2), today, the representatives of Liechtenstein got "under the rink" of our team.
The match took place with the total superiority of the Ukrainians, which Yuriy Moroz's wards embodied in seven scored goals. The poker author Matvii Ponomarenko scored three of them in the last match.
As early as in the 12th minute, the Ukrainian forward accepted Zakharchenko's throw from the depth of the field to the penalty area and hit the far corner. Not long after, the captain of the "blue and yellow" made a double, this time taking advantage of White's cross from a corner.
Before the break, the ball found its way into the Liechtenstein goal twice more: in the 29th minute, Vladyslav Kalin sent a billiard shot from the sideline of the penalty area under the far post, and at the end of the first half, Dyky earned a penalty, which was successfully executed by Ponomarenko.
In the second half, the scoring extravaganza in the performance of the Ukrainians continued: Belyy, with a pass from his own half of the field, brought Kyryl Pashko to the goal of the opponents, who shot well from outside the penalty area. A few minutes later, the ball again found itself in the net of the Liechtenstein goal - and for the second time after a corner kick, which this time was blocked by Vladyslav Zakharchenko.
The final result of the match was established by Danylo Khan, who made his way through two opponents in the penalty area and shot past the goalkeeper.
Two victories have already guaranteed "blue-yellow" access to the elite round of Euro-2023 U-17.
The meeting of the third round of the qualifying round of the U-17 national team of Ukraine will be held on October 30 against the hosts of the qualifying tournament — Bosnia and Herzegovina (start at 2:30 p.m.).
