Monza will face Bologna in the Italian Serie A round of 12 next week as planned after Serie A rejected a transfer request following the incident involving defender Pablo Mari.

The Lombardy club have asked for Monday night's match to be postponed after a player on loan from Arsenal was stabbed during an incident at a supermarket. Many "Monza" fans asked to postpone the match, taking into account the consequences of the situation.
