The former head coach of Dynamo Kyiv Oleksandr Khatskevich, who is now the head of Cypriot Karmiotissa, suffered his first major defeat with his current team.
Last Sunday, as part of the 9th round of the Cypriot Championship, Karmiotissa met away with AEK, which, as you know, plays in the same group with Dynamo Kyiv in the Europa League. The struggle in this match did not work out: AEK confidently won with a score of 4:0, scoring two goals in each half.
In total, under Khatskevich, Karmiotissa has already played six matches (five in the Cypriot Championship, one in the Cypriot Cup): three wins, one draw, two defeats.
After nine rounds of the Cyprus Championship, Karmiotissa has 10 points and now it is in 10th place in the Cyprus Championship standings (14 clubs in total play in the league).
