Dynamo actively started this match, and already in the 10th minute of the meeting, Vanat had the opportunity to open the score, however, punching from 12 meters, sent the ball much higher than the goal. But Fenerbahce took advantage of their first chance in the attack: in the 23rd minute of the match, Buschan and Popov did not figure it out, reacting to a diagonal cross from the depth of the field, they simultaneously went for the ball and knocked it right at Guler, who, accurately aiming, hit the target with a kick from outside the penalty area - 0:1.
Moreover, ten minutes later, Vivcharenko unsuccessfully performed a discount on Zabarny, Valencia intercepted the ball, jumped one on one with Buschan, but, punching from an acute angle, failed to hit the target. However, in stoppage time of the first half, Fenerbahce still achieved their goal - it was Willian Arao, who won the fight in the air with a corner kick and sent the ball into the far corner of Buschan's goal with a header - 0:2.
In the second half, there was a relatively equal fight on the field, but more often the ball was controlled by Fenerbahce. The game did not contain actual sharpness, and only in the 69th minute of the meeting did the first moment after the break, worthy of mention, arise - Lincoln masterfully took a free kick, circling the wall, and Buschan with great difficulty reached for the ball, which flew into the "nine" his gate. At the same time, a minute earlier, Zabarny aggravated the situation for Dynamo by earning a second warning and leaving the field.
The rest of the match passed with the full advantage of Fenerbahce, but the Turkish team did not have the opportunity to increase the score in this segment of the meeting. As a result - 0:2, Dynamo's fifth defeat in the group stage of the current Europa League.
Let's add that in another match of the 6th round in group "B" of the Europa League, the French "Rennes" played a draw with the Cypriot AEK - 1:1. As a result, the final standings of the teams in this group took on the following form: Fenerbahce - 14 points, Rennes - 12, AEK - 5, Dynamo - 1.
Thus, Dynamo completed its European Cup campaign of the 2022/23 season.
