Before the match of the 13th round of the German championship against Bochum, fans of Borussia Dortmund put up a banner calling for a boycott of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
According to the German media, the action was caused by numerous human rights violations by the organizers of the tournament, which led to the death of workers at the World Cup facilities, as well as restrictions imposed on fans planning to visit Qatar.
