The Professional Football League (PFL) proposes to hold the PFL Winter Open Cup in the coming off-season.
The fact is that most PFL clubs do not have the opportunity to organize training camps during the war period.
It is planned to hold the first stage of round robin competitions in groups created according to the territorial principle, and then the second stage, consisting of knockout butt matches.
The PFL, which unites the teams of the First and Second Leagues, invites clubs from all divisions, including the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL), to participate in the PFL Winter Open Cup.
Proposed PFL Winter Cup dates: February 4-5 to March 12-13, 2023.
