UAF President Andriy Pavelko congratulated the liberation of the right-bank part of the Kherson region by the Ukrainian Army.
"Congratulations to Kherson, to all Kherson residents, including members of our UAF team, on liberation from the occupying Rashists! Thanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine! It is hard to even imagine what the residents of the city had to experience during the 8 months of occupation... but Ukraine always wins! By the bravery of our soldiers and the faith of the entire Ukrainian people! In the UAF, we are preparing for the return of football teams from Kherson and the region to competitions among men's, women's and youth teams. How are we preparing for the revival of Ukrainian football throughout the territory of Independent Ukraine! We continue to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and believe in the liberation of all temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine! With Donetsk, Luhansk, Mariupol and AR Crimea! Glory to the heroes! Glory to the Armed Forces! Glory to Ukraine!" - wrote the head of the UAF on his Facebook page.
