It was Dnepr-1 forward Artem Dovbik. These are the results of a survey among experts, including Oleg Venglinsky, Ivan Getsko, Sergey Nagornyak, Jozsef Sabo, Alexander Sopko, Oleg Fedorchuk, Anatoly Chantsev, Stepan Yurchishin and Igor Yavorsky.

It should be noted that in the 14th round, Dovbik scored the winning goal for Dnipro-1 in the match against Shakhtar Donetsk (2:1).
