Another player of the French national team was injured

The defender of the French national team, Lucas Hernandez, was injured in the team's opening match at the 2022 World Cup against the Australian national team (4:1).

The 26-year-old footballer was injured in the episode with the Australian goal in the 9th minute of the game. Lucas landed on the turf after trying to intercept Suttar's pass and clutched his knee. Lucas was succeeded by his brother Theo.
