All Juventus board members, including president Andrea Agnelli, have resigned ahead of the extraordinary meeting, Football Italia reports.

The Bianconeri posted a record loss of 254.3 million euros for 2021-22 and their shareholders' meeting, due to take place on November 23, was postponed to December 27 last week.
