All Juventus board members, including president Andrea Agnelli, have resigned ahead of the extraordinary meeting, Football Italia reports.

The Bianconeri posted a record loss of 254.3 million euros for 2021-22 and their shareholders' meeting, due to take place on November 23, was postponed to December 27 last week. The official website of the Turin team does not directly confirm this information. However, they said their shareholders' meeting has been postponed.

In addition to Agnelli, Juventus' board of directors includes Pavel Nedved, Maurizio Arrivabene, Lawrence Debru, Massimo Della Ragione, Catherine Fink, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio, Giorgio Tacchia and Suzanne Heywood.
