As it became known to the site "Ukrainian football » from sources close to the governing bodies of domestic football, during the fall, the basis for legal support of an important decision was being prepared.
UPL clubs held consultations with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the result of which was an agreement in principle to hold foreign meetings of Ukrainian clubs.
If the reached agreement will soon be announced in an official decision, more than half a thousand football players, coaches and employees from the number of service personnel, management, support services will be able to go abroad.
The source reports that currently the "window" for going to foreign meetings will be opened purely for UPL clubs. Clubs of the lower leagues are preparing for meetings in Ukraine, many of them will take part in a new tournament - the winter PFL Cup, which will be held on home soil.
