Ekaterina Monzul took the second position in the ranking of the best female football referees according to the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) in 2022. This is reported by Refereeing World.

Katerina Monzul is reported to have taken the second position in the ranking of the best female football referees in 2022. Stephanie Frappart of France once again took first place, becoming the first female referee in the 2020 UEFA Men's Champions League and 2021 Men's World Cup qualifiers.
