Former Juventus, PSG and 2018 World Champion France national team midfielder Blaise Matuidi has announced his retirement from football at the age of 35.
Blaise MatuidiMatuidi posted an emotional message on his Twitter page and added a 30-minute interview.
“Dear football, I loved you so much. Football, you've given me so much, but it's time to say enough is enough. I fulfilled my childhood dreams and the dreams I had as an adult. With a lump in my throat, but with pride, I turn over this new leaf today. Thank you!” wrote the Frenchman.
