The Brazilian Football Confederation is considering the candidacy of Zinedine Zidane for the post of coach of the national team.

The Brazilians are targeting the coach, who is currently out of work. The Pentacampeons consider the Frenchman a great option.

It is not yet known whether Zidane himself will want to accept the offer of the Brazilians. Vinicius and Casemiro, with whom the coach worked at Real Madrid, play in the Selesao.

Mauricio Pochettino, Thomas Tuchel and Rafael Benítez are named among other contenders for the position of head coach of Brazil.

At the 2022 World Cup, Brazil was eliminated in the 1/4 finals, losing to Croatia (1:1, penalties 2:4).
