All-Ukrainian association of trainers of football named the best coach of the top division of the championship of Ukraine according to the results of 2022.

The rating based on five criteria is based on average scores, and the Association, together with the Ukrainian Premier League, names the best coaches in each individual round. According to the results of 2022, the best with an average score of 4.52 was Oleksandr Kucher, the head coach of SC "Dnipro-1".
The winners of the nomination for the Best UPL coach were: in 2017 — Roman Sanzhar ("Olympic" from Donetsk), in 2018 — Volodymyr Sharan (FC "Olexandria"), in 2019 — Oleksandr Ryabokon ("Desna" from Chernihiv), in 2020 year ‒ Viktor Skrypnyk ("Zorya"), in 2021 ‒ Mircea Lucescu ("Dynamo").
The traditional ceremony of awarding this year's laureates of honorary nominations of the All-Ukrainian Association of Football Coaches, which was held in the capital in 2018-2020, will not take place again this year - earlier due to quarantine measures to prevent CoViD-19, now due to full-scale combat operations.
