Dynamo midfielder Vitaliy Buyalsky, recognized by the White-Blues fans as the team's best player in 2022, in an interview with the club's website shared his emotions from conferring the honorary title and told how he spends his vacation.

— To be honest, I did not expect this and did not even think about it. For me, the success of the team always comes first, and not my personal ones. From the point of view of personal statistics, the year turned out to be successful, but the team results do not allow us to call it good. However, we still have the opportunity to fix everything and fight for the championship.
- You are the team's top scorer, scoring a lot of decisive goals. Which goal did you like or remember the most?
- Definitely a goal against Fenerbahce in the Champions League qualification. It was the result of team interactions, allowed our team to win an important victory, and as a result, we went to the next qualifying round.
- This year was not the most successful in the recent history of the club. Did the war and its consequences for the team, constant moving have a strong impact on the game and the results?
— I don't like to complain and look for excuses. The team must fix everything in 2023. We have nothing to complain about - we should be glad that, thanks to our military, we have the opportunity to carry out our professional activities, to play football.
- Even on vacation, you do not part with the ball, however, with the futsal, playing for one of the teams in the tournament among the units of the Airborne Assault Forces. Tell me about this experience.
- My acquaintances and friends played at this tournament, and I was asked to take part. It was only one match, I played for the team of paratroopers. We won, but, as you understand, in this case, the main thing was not the result at all.
- What are your impressions of this game and the tournament?
“The guys are very well prepared physically, as they train every day. And lately, they have also been protecting our country in the hottest spots, for which many thanks to them. Many thanks to every Ukrainian soldier, officer, medic and volunteer for what you are doing. Without such people-titans, our country would not have survived.
— What would you wish the Dynamo fans in the new year?
“I would like to wish, first of all, a peaceful sky to all of us after the victory of Ukraine in this terrible war. And to everyone personally good health and happiness! Everything will be Ukraine!
