As usual, at the end of the year we take stock... What we managed to do and what we didn't manage... Where we need to make more efforts and where we need to be more careful and focus our actions...
The passing year was probably the most difficult for Ukraine since the day of our Independence! We are faced with the fact that we have to defend our Freedom with weapons in our hands... Our right to choose... The direction of our views and the vector of development!
And there are "those" who try to indicate and incline us to what we need to do, how we should live...
Freedom is not something that can be given to us! Freedom is something that can never be taken away from us!
And today, first of all, remembering the coming year, I want to bow low and thank our defenders who defend Our Earth from the enemy... Who protect Our Freedoms... Who give us Faith in the right and bright Future, Future without the tyranny of the aggressor!
Today, there is a war in our country... And we, Ukrainians, have become a shield to protect the democratic values of the entire not only European, but also the world community!
If we lay down our arms, Ukraine will cease to exist! But if Russia does this, then peace will come to our country!
I believe that we will definitely win this war! I believe in the power of our defenders! I believe in our determination and indomitability! I believe in the countries that stood side by side with us and are helping us in this war!
I believe that we will rebuild our country!
And that Ukraine will prosper, with its beautiful fertile lands, with its mountains and steppes! Ukraine will be the most successful in Europe!
Maybe it won't happen in 2023, but it will definitely happen - I'm sure of it! But we will never forget what we are going through and we will definitely pass!
I am proud to be Ukrainian!
