Everton took away points from Manchester City (1:1) in the 18th round of the Premier League. The Ukrainian defender of the Liverpool team, Vitaliy Mykolenko, spent the entire match on the field and earned an ambiguous rating for the game.
The British edition of the Liverpool Echo gave Mikolenko a six for the match, which is the lowest among Everton players. Calvert-Lewin and Patterson received the same score.
“Turned inside out by Riyad Mahrez ahead of City’s goal, Mikolenko fell victim to the filigree technique of the Algerian player. He was later fouled horribly by Haaland, who probably deserved more punishment than a yellow card."
Mikolenko has played 17 matches for Everton this season, but has not scored.
