Alexander Shovkovsky

Evgeny Rudakov (1942-2011) - a former Soviet football player who played as a goalkeeper. He is best known for his performances in Dynamo Kyiv, with whom he became a seven-time champion and three-time winner of the USSR Cup. In 1975, he won the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup and the UEFA Super Cup. As part of the USSR national team, he played 48 matches and conceded 35 goals.

Vladislav Vashchuk (1975) - former Ukrainian defender. For most of his career, he played for Dynamo Kyiv. Quarter-finalist of the 2006 World Cup. After returning to Dynamo Kiev in 2005, Vashchuk was constantly subjected to psychological pressure from Kyiv fans due to his transfer to Spartak Moscow. As part of the Ukrainian national team, he played 63 matches and scored 1 goal.

Evgeniy Levchenko (1978) - a former Ukrainian football player who played as a midfielder. Member of the Ukrainian national team in 2002-2009. Levchenko's last club was the Australian Adelaide United. Currently an expert on television.

Ismael Bangura (1985) - Guinean football player. From 2007 to 2009 he played for Dynamo Kyiv. In the "white-blue" T-shirt in the championship of Ukraine he played 46 matches, scored 28 goals. After leaving Dynamo, he could not play as brightly anywhere.

Tomasz Rzepka (1974) - former Czech football player. Rzepka played 46 matches for the Czech national team. The debut took place in July 1993 in a match against the Faroe Islands. Rzepka did not qualify for the 1996 European Championship due to a two-match suspension after receiving a red card. However, he participated in the 2000 European Championship, where he played all three matches as part of the Czech national team. At one time, Rzepka defended the colors of such clubs: Banik, Sparta (Prague), Fiorentina, West Ham and Dynamo (Ceske Budějovice).

Alexander Shovkovsky (1975) - the legendary Ukrainian goalkeeper. Pupil of Kyiv "Dynamo". Record holder of the native club in terms of the number of matches played. 14-time champion of Ukraine. In 1999, Shovkovsky was included in the list of the top 50 best football players in Europe (Golden Ball). The first football player who played more than 100 matches for Ukrainian teams in European competitions.

He played at the 2006 World Cup, where he especially distinguished himself in the match with the Swiss national team, not conceding a single goal in the penalty shoot-out and ensuring the Ukrainian team reached the quarterfinals of the tournament. Alexander became the first goalkeeper in history who did not concede a single goal at the World Championships in the penalty shootout.

In October 2016, he received a coaching license. On December 12, 2016, he announced his retirement. The last official match for Shovkovsky in Dynamo was the game in the Ukrainian championship with Zorya Lugansk. Now he is an assistant coach of the Ukrainian national team.
