Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher expects Chelsea to be one of the busiest clubs in the winter transfer window.

Chelsea might be the busiest team in the January transfer window because every time I read the news about their new signing. It feels like Chelsea is watching every footballer in the world!

I remember when Roman Abramovich first came to Chelsea. At the time, I thought that when he left the club, that might be the end. But that doesn't seem to be the case, especially with Chelsea's new owners. They are trying to spend money to try to bring the best players to the club, which is what Chelsea have become accustomed to over the last 10-15 years," Sky Sports quoted Carragher as saying.
