Pele's coffin was brought into the Santos mausoleum, located in the Memorial Ecumenical Cemetery, a high-rise building that is recorded in the Guinness Book as the highest cemetery on Earth, writes The Guardian.
The Pele Mausoleum will occupy 200 square meters and will be designed as a football stadium. The embalmed body of the king will rest in a coffin, exposed in the middle of an artificial turf, surrounded by gilded images of his glory days.
