Really difficult times have come for the honorary president of the Poltava "Vorskla" Konstantin Zhevago.
Recall that at the end of last year, the businessman was detained in France at the request of Ukraine. Now he is under extradition arrest while the French authorities are considering Ukraine's request to extradite Zhevago.
But the troubles of the Vorskla owner did not end there. As the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals reports on its official website, a lawsuit was filed against Zhevago with the Kyiv City Economic Court in the amount of UAH 46 billion. They want to recover such an amount from the businessman as compensation for the losses of the Finance and Credit Bank, which was owned by him. Recall that initially Zhevago was accused of illegal embezzlement of funds from this bank in the amount of $113 million.
