Striker Ibrahim Kargbo, with whom Dynamo Kyiv terminated the agreement in October, signed a permanent contract with the Slovenian football club Celje, for which he previously played temporarily.

Everyone at the club wanted to help me get back on the field, but it didn't work out last year. The pain was too much and it took me a few more months to get back to the level I wanted. I followed this club all the time and promised myself that if I was offered the opportunity, I would return and try to regain the trust that the club had in me when I was not ready. Now I'm back and motivated.
Last year, when we were negotiating with Celje, it became clear to me how ambitious the club is. I know what is expected from attackers and I am ready to help the team with everything I have. I can’t wait until I start playing,” said the ex-Dynamo player.
