The championship of Ukraine started late, our national team played matches on a different schedule than other countries, and clubs in the European arena played in foreign countries. As a result, most players faded away and played significantly below their level. That is why the recognition of Artem Dovbyk is natural, but it should be taken into account that he had no strong competitors, except maybe Mykhailo Mudryk.
This year, Artem added to his game, but did not improve his individual football qualities much. If last year Artem spent his strength to find himself on the field, now his teammates are looking for him themselves. This allowed Dovbyk to save forces and distribute them effectively. This guy should go to European clubs already this winter. Artyom admitted to me that his soul lies before the Italian championship.
